As an amateur biker, I, with you, will discover the wonderful world of biking. Look at the differences in road bikes and mountain bikes.   1. I don't bike myself, but I have heard that the best work out is to bike Trapper's Loop in Ogden Valley.

  3. HOW AWESOME! One day, my goal is to compete in a triathlon and I think biking might be my weakest area.. I have taken a few spinning classes but never experienced the sport in the wild! I can't wait to hear about signing up for races and events.

  4. The outdoors sounds great, but biking in the outdoors sounds even better! I am a horse rider tho and have always wondered why someone would pedal a bike very far when they could just ride a horse and only have to kick to go faster!
